1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LunaVideo Media Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. Licence Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the application on Windows devices owned or controlled by you. You may not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the compiled binaries.
- Redistribute modified versions of the software under our brand name or trademarks.
- Use the player to deliberately bypass digital rights management (DRM) protections on commercial streams.
3. Free Beta Phase & Licencing
During our limited-time Beta testing phase, all core player features and Pro Add-on features are made available to users free of charge. No payment details are requested. Once the Beta phase concludes, core playback features will remain free, while the Pro Add-on (covering advanced integrations and audio filters) will be available as a subscription for £4.99 a year via the Microsoft Store.
4. Third-Party Content & Streams
LunaVideo facilitates connection to user-supplied third-party streams, including Plex Media Servers, IPTV playlists, and online radio directories:
- We do not host, control, index, or take responsibility for any third-party media content you access through the application.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to stream or play any media catalogs loaded into the software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
